Just remember your aging years and do things backwards! What do I mean? Remember those things you did when you were young preteen? You did not worry about what clothes you wore, you had to eat baby food, you lived simple lives, you valued play, relationships, and only thing we had to drink outside was water 💦 . It just takes an hour at the gym i do one day upper body + 15 min treadmill next day legs + 15 min tm then 1 day of .. start again. Sr's need to do this so yu won't end up bed ridden. Gives yu a purpose when yu get up. Eat meat vegetables organic. Yu will get stronger more energy + Dopamine sleep better and happy. Make sure yu get instructer/program. Stop acting old!!!

Just be active. Get up, do things. 20 minutes of doing something is far more valuable than 8 hours of thinking about it.
