That is not how group works. There will always be someone that have different opinion. What we should do is listen to majority not minority. Unless minority have a good valid points. Example like if in a group of 10, 8 want to have a break but 2 want to keep working. You can't just choose to keep working because of those 2. Weight the pros and cons.
