Mama so happy & healthy!! You all eat things I can’t even know how it tastes. Wish I had this lifestyle of knowing what these foods taste like, you all are happy when you eat. I’m over here dieting on nothing that makes me happy or in love with the food and then have off days where I let myself go on fast food joints and feel so pleased when I do. I’ve lost 16 lbs and yet I look the same and hunger for food that makes me happy. Dieting does not make me happy. I feel like I’m missing out and feel deprived and yet you all eat things that look healthy all the time and I have no clue how to eat like you all do. To live a few days in SAS world could be a game changer for me. I would love to try the foods she eats and only fathom at how they can taste. She’s so happy her & her mom when they eat fresh fruits & veggies. I wish I could be that happy eating like they do. If only I had a chef in our house that could teach me more than my southern bad cooking. I cook great in so many ways but it’s not good for us. I crave the bad things, I wish l loved more of the good things you all eat that I can’t get my hands on. Anyway, God bless your family and may you all continue a happy healthy lifestyle. I can see your happiness and enjoy it greatly!
