Plenty of rich people I know who get 8-10 hrs of sleep a day. Remember to work smarter, not harder. Always take care of your health. If you’re working so hard that you can’t even get a healthy amount of sleep, something is wrong and something needs to change. You quite literally need to sleep to live and if you get too little sleep you definitely won’t be making clear decisions, it’s like trying to drive drunk, doesn’t really work out in the end so don’t do it.

That’s not true, you can get rich for sure with 2 hours less, it’s not just about quantity it’s specially about quality. Consistency is the point. You are sleeping 8 hours and being consistent is better than sleeping 3-6 hours and being inconsistent, slow, tired which leads up to wrong decisions.

That's a popular sentiment that emphasizes the importance of hard work and dedication in pursuing success. The idea is that if you're aiming for financial success or personal growth, you need to maximize your time and opportunities, which often means sacrificing sleep or leisure time.
However, it's also crucial to recognize that rest and recovery are essential for long-term productivity and well-being. Many successful people emphasize the balance between hard work and adequate rest, suggesting that while hustling is important, taking care of your health is equally vital for sustaining that hustle over time. Finding a balance that works for you can lead to both productivity and success.
