I'm glad I'm not in a call center. I don't have the tact of Veronika, cause two of those calls would be flagged for account termination. The toilet flush one would not be one of them, as I thought it was a butt-dial. "company suck" and "company hires incompetent people" are getting cancelled hard.

Actually, lets be truthful here. Some of these companies put their "valued customers " on hold for a VERY LONG wait time. I try to have patience with them but, it's frustrating when these companies don't value the time of their customers.
That being said, I don't belive in snapping at the employees on the phone. It's the equivalent to shooting the messenger. That said, it's also almost impossible to make complaints to the higher ups who can DO things to correct these problems., ....such as hiring more people to answer the phones so that people aren't left on long wait times.
This problem is real, but doesn't deserve rudeness, and name calling.

I should do a skit where I, as the customer has to listen to the customer service reps chewing their meals, gulping beverages, blowing cigarette smoke into the receiver, flushing toilets, baby's crying, TV on in the background with the game on, and talking to other people in the room.

They are sometimes so distracted by reading Facebook or whatever they do while pretending to listen, that by the time you finish stating the entire issue you called for, they've forgotten or misconstrued the entire reason for the call.
