Bro people commenting trying to out the guy asking people to stop moving are just highlighting themselves as garbage at the game. The attack dodges are telegraphed, its completely standard practice for people to not move unnecessarily during DPS phases so that you dont kill a team mate with a rocket/body block a shot. When he asked people to stop moving was well before any dodging had to occur.

He's not saying don't move outright, he's meaning don't move unless you have to, the witness has short delays between his attacks so you don't need to strafe around when you don't need to
Yes it can be annoying to hear but if people are dumb enough to strafe in a well, their dumb enough to strafe when theres nothing to dodge
Nothing kills your damage faster than a guardian standing in the way
