I have issues with brain fog… so I prayed about it. Asking the Holy Spirit, how to help me and I was led to start jogging in place and walking in place at a fast pace so… I started doing it and if I do it for 20 minutes, my brain fog completely goes away❤ also I figured out with the Lord‘s help that when I would eat high carbs are a lot of sugar I would get brain fog so I started watching my diet and that helps greatly. I hardly have brain fog now and if I do a jog in place for 20 minutes and it goes away🤷‍♀

I suffer with brain fog. It's quite debilitating. More recently I'm struggling with speech loss, specifically, I will mix up first letters of words or won't be able to grasp my words and lose my thought process all together. I have stress ticks. Sometimes, my words jumble and I have mouth ticks, too. I will mix up my sentence: starting from the end of it, and going back to the start. My husband laughs, but he sees how tired I am. I will lose my train of thought very easily. My short term memory is fading for small things like names/numbers, even faces. I'll put someone into the medical office room and not remember who I saw 10 seconds ago, or their name. I'm 25. I believe it is anxiety; chronic fatigue, frequent dissociation. Frequently I'm brushed off and told to see a therapist. Therapy is expensive. Finding one that has an understanding of a diverse background. I will look more into this page for the information. Thank you for the help.

Makes me feel senile. I lose my phone a lot because of it too. Just laying objects down and having no idea where they are.

Just respond with the alarm method like Shaan always says. Even if you don’t do the 5 F’s, the symptoms can still lag behind. It’s just part of the ups and downs of recovery. Focus on life, and eventually you’ll feel your mind getting sharper — it just happens. There can be a period where symthoms stay ‘low grade’ or don’t improve much for a while. You just need to stick with and fully trust Shaan’s recovery principles.

I struggle with identity, identifying with the mind since I was child, then years ago with a stream of thoughts, nowhere near to my feelings but the wish is real to feel whatever needs to be felt...suffering with anxiety and confusion

My anxiety is convincing that I have ADHD. It hyperfocuses into every bodily activity I do. I am a very awkward and clumsy person. My memory and attention span is also becoming abysmal. I get panic attacks while studying Math. I constantly check in to see whether my memory is correct and that makes matters even worse. As a result Im zoned out, battered, absent minded etc.I am at wits end and dont know what to do
