Als ich diese Baiser-Kekse zum ersten Mal zubereitet habe, war ich zuerst unsicher und fragte mich, wie wohl das Eiweiß im Teig sein würde. Aber nachdem ich sie gebacken habe, wurden sie zu einem meiner Favoriten 😋 Ich finde, ihr solltet diese Kekse unbedingt ausprobieren 🥠

Für den Teig:
200 g Butter
150 g Joghurt
3 Eigelb
1/2 TL Backpulver
so viel Mehl, wie der Teig aufnimmt

Für die Füllung:
3 Eiweiß
100 g Zucker

Zum Garnieren:
Puderzucker
