That voice message is a direct threat. “You think your safe but your really not. You don’t know who you are messing with”.
Imagine being an adult and being dumb enough to ruin your social/work life and possibly actual get in legal trouble by threatening people on voice recordings.
Time to raise things up the latter with that even if you have to go directly to the higher ups office or skip cops to the DAs office.

Jesus that's really messed up, I hope those girls stay safe but the voice mail being from an aunt of the girls is such creepy behavior that I'm just sitting here in shock that adults both know AND are participating in this.
