What to do to improve Recovery?
1. Choose a workout plan that is appropriate to your situation. If you're a beginner, you don't need 15-20 sets for each muscle per week. If you're doing everything else right (diet, rest) try cutting on workout volume/ intensity and see if the situation improves.
2. Prioritise good sleep, this is the single biggest factor people generally ignore. Get 7-8 hours of sleep.
3. Eat nutrient rich foods, prioritise protein in every major meal. Getting yourself tested for nutrient deficiencies is a good move, if you find any, supplement it.
