Good morning!
This is exactly what the people have to hear from every doctor before every prescription and also at every checkup and pathology consultation.
The other day I had a very hard time convincing an uncle that if you are on eight daily pills for controlling your health condition, it is absolutely alright as a personal choice of yours but you shouldn’t treat it as it is healthy, rather it is best to talk to your doctor if you can adjust your diet to get better results or reduce your dosages.
It was a futile effort 😒 and I think people don’t want to recognise the reality of the effect of lifestyle on health

Some people would rather swallow pills rather than to change their eating habits

None of it works. I can’t maintain overly restrictive diets. Medications don’t work. I want a doctor that will help me keep trying with me to find what may work for cortisol driven blood sugar.
