Hell yes! Is there any other way you would suggest progressing this move without a foam pit? I have plenty of mats but throwing over my shoulder only takes me so far and it’s hard to commit to that full flip backwards over your head. Super hyped to see you hit it tho this is motivating!

Way to go. That was awesome. I definitely wouldn't be able to do that without the thought of accidentally hurting myself. Speaking of something similar to that move, I always got blown away whenever I saw Undertaker do his dive move to hit his opponent outside the ring. That looks awesome, but I would never be able to do that. Not to mention, I can't imagine how much Undertaker had to practice getting that move right.
