Why say spiked? It's bootleg booze/monshine done wrong so it contains ethanol too, these kind of things happen in east asia before and it's usually in places serving very cheap drinks or "buckets". nobody spiked the drinks - spiking sounds like doing it on purpose... no... it was all about money... probably and allegedly 😅
