This four step technique ➡️ Worry Time, will show you how to let go of your worries. It will teach you how to present and shift your focus to the here and now.

It's a trial and error technique that can take a bit of time to get used to, but with practise, you'll find a way to apply it and see its effect.

Step 1: Choose a suitable time, preferably not close to your bedtime.
Step 2: When worries pop up, write them down.
Step 3: How do you prevent yourself from falling into a cycle of worrying? You shift your focus to the present me moment. You need to distract yourself.
Step 4: It's Worry Time. Now you can worry.
Ask yourself this:
Can I do anything about my worries?
Can I solve them?
Will worrying prevent or change the future from happening or the outcome?
