First time i did it 😭
That 5 mins felt like an hour. But I love your 5 Min workouts keep them up. I have created a 30min routine of my own that consists of your 15 min stretching, 7 min core and 7 min leg exercise. I don't 3 times a week and I already see and feel the difference
