Colder Club
Like a Clover Club, but for slightly colder weather
If you only make a couple of these you get a great excuse to eat the rest of the punnet of raspberries
Almond and fig is one of my all time fave pairings
You can add dry vermouth too if you prefer your clover clubs with them.
60ml/2oz Gin
22.5ml/0.75oz Lemon juice
15ml/0.5oz Orgeat
Foamer of choice (I used egg white)
5 raspberries & half a fig, muddled
Fig garnish
