Hi there, my Galaxy A30 recognizes my wireless USB external keyboard & mouse, however, the keyboard doesn't switch from English layout to Arabic layout. I installed the External Keyboard Helper Pro app to be able to do that, but unfortunately it didn't work either, although the app says that it's compatible with my Galaxy A30. And even when I choose Arabic as default keyboard layout (in the mentioned app) it keeps writing English only. Even if I choose the German layout, for example, it doesn't write the German letters ä, Ü, ß, à either. I tried the whole process (i.e. without the app and then with the app) on another old smartphone (HTC 1), and it worked very well in both cases. So, it seems that the problem is in the Galaxy A30 itself, not in the app nor in the USB keyboard. Is there any solution for this problem? Thanks a lot in advance. Hasan
