I see a list of self-reported triggers like that - my conclusion is "it happens randomly".

Stress, not eating, only 1 hour of sleep per day, hot weather, smell or bad parfume, bright light mostly the sun. My long list of stimuli 😭

I love the work you guys do, I think it’s so cool and important for people to actually see what the inside of their bodies look like, it’s a great tool to help people understand how their body works. It also makes me personally more appreciative of everything my body does to keep me alive. And it does it all in the dark!! Swallowing lightbulbs so my organs can see what they’re doing better 🤪

Edit: I’m from Canada, and I’m wondering if we have a similar institution as you guys up here. If you’re aware of any Canadian IHA counterparts, that would be awesome

As a common migraine sufferer, I've had a couple of times after sex where my migraine comes on. There are so many triggers.

What’s “ordors”? English is my second language so maybe it’s a word not yet in my vocabulary. I know of “odors”but not of “Ordors”
