I love your exercises
They are just right for me. I have done too much "couch surfing" for too many years. Your routines get me moving without injuring my joints and soft tissues. I love that you have a library of videos that lets me start off slow, target weaker areas and then get me to a point where I can do the more rigorous ones that challenge my endurance.
