Nah man every job I have worked, if there is no work left to perform then youre not working snd therefore not getting paid. Every single company I have ever worked at or interacted with has behaved this way. Plus, unless he has millions invested, in which case he definitely is underpaying his workers, there is no way those dividends are making enough to pay the guys if they all have a few days a month that they arent at a jobsite.
