The Koshas are one of many models to explain the different aspects that make us human.

➡️ The manomaya kosha is also known as the mental body. It is the conscious mind that takes information in through the senses. 
➡️ This is your active or conscious mind.⁠

🔹 Our mind needs to be trained in order for all of our other systems and koshas to function properly⁠
🔹 The primary practices for the manomaya kosha to train the mind are chanting, philosophy, education and ideas. ⁠
🔹 The study of the true self in an intellectual way is key⁠
🔹 Chanting & mantra can be a powerful way to influence the mind and make it more steady and sattvic. ⁠
