The floaters look like giant duckweed. Frog bit is usually a lot bigger with round leaves and long roots.

I was wondering do I have to wash the sand a bit with water? cause I get my sands in like packets and the water gets cloudy when i add it soo do I have to rinse it beforehand or nah?
