I saw your movement and I was like "Bro this guy's movement sucks so. Here are a few tips on the game:
1. don't crouch aim because it makes you an easier target and the whole thing about getting less recoil from crouching is pretty much a myth, plus if there is one the recoil reduction almost isn't noticeable enough to be used effectively
2. Make yourself a harder target. By just simply spam jumping and strafing right to left at the same time makes you a harder target
3. Use walls to your advantage. Leaning to the left (or right depending on the part of the wall you want to peak) of the wall makes your hitbox smaller.
Bonus tip: Use toggle lean to make your life easier
