I'd like to think I'm fairly knowledgeable with tech, but I need some tips. My mum bought an Acer Aspire pre-built back in 2020, it has a 10600 CPU if I recall correctly and since she's got it, the computer has never been fast to boot up.
I suspect it's the HDD, I've tried uninstalling unnecessary programs and disabling some applications on startup, but it hasn't been enough. Is there anything else I can do that might help or should I just get a SSD for her (if so, how do I transfer the data)?
