These yummy cookies/biscuits are a real treat. So thrilled with the recipe. Though i have to admit- I did what I can't help myself to do, I tweaked. Just a tiny wee bit.

I was very generous with the lemon rind, added 1/2 tsp baking powder and used some of the egg white from the egg to brush over the biscuits before baking. I made a roll out of the dough and sliced thick slices off and patted them down. That's ALL I changed. 9/10 and next time, bigger 🤣🤣🤣. No just kidding. The recipe made 10. and were much appreciated by the Sunday morning coffee drinke
