For anyone that doesn't want to or can't use chicken (or any other meat) bullion (say for price or vegan alternatives) you can probably just substitute it with any plant or fungus based savory equivalents. I'm pretty sure most of what people want in bullion seems to just be MSG too.

I like spice (at least, a bit more than my digestive system does), but I HATE spicy hiccups! Having anything out of control while you’re burning is a goddamn nightmare. And the only thing that gets rid of it for me is Diet Coke. But it’s gotta be so cold, it’s just shy of frozen.

I love the tang that habaneros and pineapple give to this specific type of salsa, but I’m from Texas so our Tex-mex salsas are usually jalapeño based and contain some onion in some capacity. I ALWAYS add some dried chipotles though. I can’t get by without the smokiness anymore it’s just too good
