My son (5) tells me to get off his dad, & only he can lay with him because the last 2 years Ive been sleeping on the couch because the mattress hurts my back & we cajt afford a new one, so he's not used to seeing us lay with each other. lol

This is why its important for mom and dad to be affectionate w each other. This is why i dont want anyone to touch me and why i cant just cuddle w someone like a normal person. I have to remind myself to be more physically affectionate w my kids because its just not in me to do because i never saw it or experienced it as a child.
