Strawberry Iced Matcha Latte:

Ingredients:

✅For the Matcha Layer
🍵75 grams cold milk
🍵1 teaspoon matcha powder
🍵3 tablespoons warm water

✅For the Strawberry Layer:
🍓2 tablespoons heavy cream
🍓50 grams full fat milk
🍓2 tablespoons strawberry syrup

PROCESS:
1. In a bowl, take matcha powder and warm water.
2. Froth it for 20-25 seconds till it gets foamy. Keep aside
3. In another glass, take cold milk, cold fresh or heavy cream (do not use dairy free whip topping), and strawberry syrup.
4. Froth with a milk brother for 45 seconds - 1 minute till it gets foamy.
5. In a tall glass, add ice as needed, pour some cold milk and add your matcha over it. Stir well.
6. Then add the strawberry sweet cold foam and serve!
