Gluing System "GJ301Auto":
Glu Jet Hybrid Technology, Processes "EVA" or "PUR" Glue in Cartridge or Granulate Form; Motorized programmable glue nozzle (upper glue line) height positioning. Approx. 3-Minute Heat Up Time.

Workstations:
End Trimming Unit "1918P": Front & rear, 2 x 0.45 KW (0.6 HP) - 9,000 RPM motor each, for Straight or Chamfer trimming with "UNI-POINT Axis for "PCS" pneumatic change-over/swiveling up to 10° bevel.

Combination Trimming Unit "1827":
Top & bottom, 2 x 0.65 KW (0.87 HP) - 12,000 RPM each motor, for T&B Flush/Bevel/Radius trimming. "ProLock" Clamping System for Rapid Tool Change. Manual Edge Radius adjustment up to 3 mm & chamfer adjustment up to 15° with a max. edge thickness of 6 mm. "OPEN SPACE" for 2nd T&B Trimming Unit.

Programs can be easily created and recalled at will. Graphic interface makes programming easy, icon of each unit may be brought up on the screen to show the operator the status of the unit and the parameters that can be programmed; Edgebander can be operated manually when required, without the necessity to write a program.
