I have a mantra that the worst condition the house is in the more money you can make! I love the idea of buying foreclosures to invest in because you get to deal with the bank directly. That is a funny statement. So all I need is the time, resources, capital, and of course mental energy to go through my day, do what I need then sit down and just hope I find a deal. Then you want me to scrap together my non-existing savings to buy an awful property that I need time, resources, capital, and of course metal energy to fix to make it liveable. Great advice if you have spare time, energy and money. Just too bad that companies don't pay Americans a livable wage where they actually have those things. But great for you if you got those. Then you are privileged. Congratulations to you for being privileged. :-) you have done such a great job holding 2 full time jobs and finding, buying, renovating, a home while holding 2 full time positions, without any outside help :-D are you coloured? If not then you had an easier time finding and holding those jobs, and getting the loan to get that piece of shit home. Congratulations on not being discriminated against.
