When building a traditional longbow or self bow, how does one increase draw weight and is a heavier draw weight better for hunting larger game?

What was the arrow weight? I shoot a lift x 29.5, 82 lbs 30” draw. 440 grain hit 323 fps

That dude with that scarf idk if he belongs in an archery shop unless he’s a customer. That bow out of the box at even a 28” draw at 70lbs with a 420 grain arrow shoots 280’s. Let alone a 30” draw at 80lbs. My guess was 326. Assuming it was around a 450grain arrow

And it will only cost you a couple grand. You’ll have money left over to buy the new and improved flagship next year that will hit 329 using the same arrow.
