Because we are naive in a sense that we hope that they will get it together especially if all tools are available for them to do so and no boss really want to be the reason that an employee has to find a new job but in reality there are many people that that prey on that notion and feel entitled to just being f ups and think that someone is obligated to condone it and it doesn’t work like that, business is business everyone is in this to make money not lose it employee and employer
