＜材料（2人分）＞
卵 2個
食パン 2枚
新玉ねぎ 1個（150g）
ベーコン 1枚
マヨネーズ 大さじ3
塩 適量
ドライパセリ 適量
＜作り方＞
1．冷蔵庫に入れていた卵の時は耐熱容器に入れ、湯を注いで2～3分つけておく。
2．新玉ねぎはみじん切りにし、ベーコンは1cm角に切ってボウルに入れ、マヨネーズと塩を加えて混ぜる。
3．食パンに2をのせて塗り広げ、中央をくぼませる。
4．アルミホイルにオーブン用シートを敷いて食パンをのせ、中央に卵を割り入れて塩をしてオーブントースターで5分焼く。
5．アルミホイルとオーブン用シートをはずし、卵が好みの固さになるまでトースターで焼き、器に盛ってドライパセリをふる。
