An overweight load like that (had to be otherwise they wouldn't need that kind of lowboy) usually requires a state DOT-approved route, which usually avoids crossings like that. The driver is also supposed to know better. Rookies don't drive that kind of heavy haul. Or maybe the standards are lower than I thought.

Why did they park the equipment there. No sense at all. Unless it was equipment failure. Trailer to low. Wrong application?. Too bad one less gun to the front to fight.

Those types of trailers are notorious for getting hung up at railroad crossings because of how low they are. Im a truck driver and have seen it a few times.
