I browned one package each of hot sausage and hamburger, then added onions, peppers, eggplant, and zucchini (1 gallon of cut veggies total!). After the veggies were cooked and browned, I added my favorite store bought marinara (4 jars), then simmered till the sauce was thick and the flavors had combined.
Cooking was about 30 minutes. This amount would serve about 20 people
