Not really as u only extend ur lifespan by a factor of 10 and it's only the years u have left so a human who is 25 after reaching timeless body will live to be 580, same with Elves their life span will be increased for the rest of the number of years they have left so if ur 100 u will live to be 6600 depending if u get the timeless body trait soon

My first character was a Druid. The videos I saw said that if you want to start as a Druid you better be willing to learn and dedicate everything. And I did. Two years later and I’m a fantastic dm who has all the rules memorized and made at least one character of each class
