Hey man I just want to say my mental health has actually improved by listening to you. I have a huge comparison problem. My older brother has bachelors in electrical engineering from goddam Princeton and works as a research engineer at Anthropic AI. I can never be him. Then most of my college friends who work in Tech, know so many more languages and tools than me. Even after work, a third of my engineering colleagues basically building side software . But then Ive realized, comparison is always filled with flaws including this one that you just pointed out. I’m very good at a particular thing and that’s where I should focus. Thank you 🙏

Been using vue and go since ~2020 and have never found a need to switch. Just learn something and build. Companies want someone who can build maintainable products, not someone who can just code.

Thank you for this. I have been using Python Django for 3 years now and I can build servers or backend solutions very easily. I tried learning new languages but i felt i didn't need to right away. Currently learnung Azure to implement some DevOps on the backend
