The time is the Edo period. The bodies of villagers are found slaughtered on the beach in the remote village of Okitsu. Shirou Shark, the leader of the Red Devils, an evil cult group, has been using witchcraft to gain the power of immortality, and by controlling the sharks, he has been forcibly taking the pearls from the villagers. The village chief, annoyed by this situation, goes to Kotaro Ushiozaki, a bodyguard at a temple on the outskirts of the village, to ask for his help. Kotaro accepts the job for the reward, but his path is blocked by a female ninja who calls herself Kikuma. Kotaro and Shinsuke, who is opposed to the village chief's attempt to sacrifice Sayo, a villager, to Shark Shiro, challenge Shark Shiro to a fight, but what appears before them is a gigantic shark that seems out of this world.... At last, the ultimate battle between ninja and shark is realized! Who will be the survivor!
