I have the gasoline-only version of that Firman inverter generator and it works great! I do wish I’d bought a dual fuel model though since propane is a much cleaner way to power a generator.

Running propne only runs the top of the engine dry. You should still run a tank of gasoline on occasion to lubricate the valve train.

What are you going to do when gasoline and propane is unavailable. I got me an Oupes- Mega 1 for $450 and purchased a solar panel separately. Can provide power for my refrigerator and minor needed items. Everyone needs to be ready when SHTF.

Gas only generators are not a problem if you take care of the engine. Like any motor driven thing, you need to take care of it. My Generac XL5500 is gas only, and 25 years old. It still starts on one pull whenever I need it. Read the manual on your generator.

I brought one that was tri fuel, with 3 times the power, for less At Costco. 800 for 3200watts is ridiculous. Don't care if it's Costco or not.

Does the one you highly recommend have a pure sine wave inverter? Or what's the difference. I'm at Costco right now. Lol

I have the Tri-Fuel but haven't even pulled it out of the box yet. Someone that was reviewing the new EcoFlow Delta Pro stated it should only be charged from an inverter generator. Is there any credibility to that? Why Ecoflow wouldn't design their units to be charged from "dirty" power?
