The thing about this is having others around that see and know and feel what you are dealing with and going through. If you are alone you learn to fight alone, be alone, cry alone and survive alone. When you feel no one has your back your existence becomes a perceived nuisance to others. Thats not true but it feels true in the moment. The feeling that all you do is disappoint those around you, that you have no worth and are unworthy of companionship and love. This is when the pain and suffering of life can become unbearable and the desire for release grows. Sometimes you rebound and many its just enough from taking the last leap you'll ever take.
