I have ptsd and oh my gosh the hypervigilance is horrible- means I struggle to go to sleep at night, I’m constantly checking to see if anyone is following me when I walk places alone and I can’t sit down and do things that don’t require me to move about a bit

literally me, then when i asked my mum to get me diagnosed for both autism and adhd because i have so many of the same traits, she just said “you’re uncle has it, and your not like him” well maybe i do have it because its goddamn genetic?!?
