The list can honestly go on but here are my top 8 foundations for health 💛✨
- Thoughts (positive thinking, journaling, gratitude, etc.)
- Breath (breathwork has shown to decrease stress hormones, lower blood pressure, and release trauma)
- Hydration (proper hydration = mineralized water is essential for all around health, from cellular health to hormonal health)
- Nourishment (eating foods that make me feel and look good due to it being nourishing)
- Movement (moving my body in ways that I truly enjoy)
- Good company (being around people who ONLY lift you up and make you feel energized rather than drained)
- Nature (there too many studies showing the health benefits of being outdoors in nature. Scroll down to my previous reel about it outdoors and health correlation)
- Sleep (high quality and quantity sleep is essential for all around health
