Labour have a talent for snatching defeat from the jaws of victory.

Bad, bad move. It smells desperate, which is weird given how far ahead they are. We've had enough of this stuff, and it doesn't ring remotely true about Sunak. He has nothing to do with the judicial process, and it's insulting to people who want to vote labour to think this would appeal to them. We're angry about the past 12 years of the Tories, but we're not idiots

When Critics are the people that get you elected saying they’re wrong is an idiotic move.

The problem with fighting with gutter politics is that the tories will beat them with experience.

On the other hand, if it works, it is worth doing.

Labour have such an easy path to victory and yet, to secure it, they use childish Blairite tactics like this...

The tories used attack ads against Blair in 1997 and it backfired spectacularly

Attack ads attack, go figure. Every party does this, call it petty or dishonest but this is done by everyone.

I wish we had a PR system. So frustrating that we only have Labour and the Tories. Both are shite.

Well, Labour are going back to trampling their base, whilst Tories court theirs. So, yes, they're fumbling a huge majority, but I can't see them fumbling a victory.

When you’re ahead, you don’t need to campaign negatively. It only makes you look like a sore winner. The tories had failed, everybody new the reasons to vote against to them: now people get a couple more reasons to vote against Labour.
Al they needed was to campaign positively with a timely platform, a vision, and an agenda.

No mention of how Sir Keir was on the committee responsible for imposing these sentencing guidelines…

All thwy have to do is literally nothing. They could just not run ads if they wanted. Everyone outside the UK thinks your government are a skit

When the results of the AV referendum, which would have forced UK politicians to actually listen or be removed were announced I said I would point out every time that that decision to support the status quo harmed us.

You're welcome.

Of course the Tory sympathetic press are against the use of attack ads - if these had been made by the Tories there would be no story

It's not a good look and I'm a labour voter.

Turns out the reason the Conservative Party might actually have a shot is because of the Labour Party's desperation a full year and a half before the general election even began.

Sir Kier was DPP when these sentencing guidelines were brought in, in 2010.

Rishi wasn’t even an MP, let alone PM.

People aren’t stupid.
