Day 74 :- Full-Body Day.
Details of the Journey
Purpose: Enhance potential through discipline and determination.
Duration: 108 days with 9 daily rules to follow.
Rules Overview:
1- Asanas Practice: Choose 9 challenging poses and achieve them through physical practice, pranayama, and meditation.
2- Diet: Follow a Satvik diet, avoiding oil, junk food, sugar, and maida.
3- Gyaan: Daily reading and reflection on the Bhagavad Gita, sharing learnings.
4- Shiksha: Teach 108 asanas via daily short reels.
5- Daan: Perform selfless donations every 9th day to the needy or for worthy causes.
6- Yajna: Conduct cultural rituals every 9th day for knowledge, health, and spiritual growth.
7- Prakriti: Plant a tree and care for it; provide food and water to birds daily.
8- Research: Study and present a topic daily to align with modern advancements.
9- Rest and Recovery: Use every 9th day to rejuvenate and complete yajna, daan, and research tasks.
Goal: Transform body, mind, and soul for a disciplined, enlightened, and empowered life.
