When saying "fascinating" or "thanks," you should pronounce the 'a' as 'æ' instead of 'e'. In "insight," the 'ai' should sound like 'a' "sight." Additionally, you only use [a] for "diphthong" instead of the correct sound. For "weakness," you pronounce the 'i' as a short [i]. In the question "How are you?" the word "are" isn't pronounced correctly. Also, "great" should be pronounced [ei] not [e]. It seems like focusing on your pronunciation would be helpful, as many words aren't pronounced correctly.
