Totally agree. Just how much experience does Melissa have of good Charismatic churches that are also firmly rooted in the Word of God? She’s come out of the New Age had a few bad experiences and seems to have based an entire theology on it. Seems a classic case of throwing the baby out with the bath water to me.

Melissa's statements made absolutely no sense.
All power is of God, and any spiritual pursuit without the sufficiency given by the Spirit, who makes us able ministers, is weak and fleshly, doomed to failure.
Some of have received power to witness, and apparently some have not. And not having experienced this power in earthen vessels, they are content to mock those who have.
Their ignorance is on parade for all to see, never considering that they are in the camp of those that mock God.

I have noticed that some people who leave the "new age" often develop a fear of power. It becomes something of a borderline phobia.
