All of these methods are for quick scrambled eggs, and you overcook each one. Cream can not save you.

Noooo. You put the eggs in a bowl, add a sip of sparkled water and add cream cheese and whisk that then pour it in the heated pan with melted butter. Then salt and chopped chives. Now we're talking

When I'm not on demon time, I scramble the eggs in a container before putting them in the pan. add some veg, or spice or milk or whatever. My go to is some dried minced onion, splash of milk, cracked black pepper, and a little salt or a shot of soy sauce. then in the pan and stir them around. whole grain buttered toast, some fresh tomato slices.

I use butter. Never oil. I use salt and pepper. And if it's scrambled I add a tbsp of milk. To make it fluffier. Your pan is too hot if the butter is burning....

Not bad. Try starting out with a cold pan, butter and eggs. Then slowly, on low heat, keep stirring until everything gets emulsified and cook to the consistency you want. That makes the eggs much creamier (no need for double cream). When they’re done, add some salt.

My method is to blast oil til hella hot, whisked eggs go in the pan 30 seconds later perfect eggs. Scrambled eggs high heat, fried eggs low heat❤

Level 4: mix the eggs and salt in a bowl first, stir them in slowly and continue to stir on very low heat and add a touch of lemon juice.
Level 5: mix the eggs in a bowl with chilli flakes, and a toasted spice mix of cumin seeds, coriander seeds, and mustard seeds (all ground in a pestle and mortar after toasting in a pan, add the eggs to the butter heated to medium heat. As soon as you add the eggs, take them off the heat and stir with slow strokes to make husks, American style. My personal favourite!

I don’t do any of those I put on a low heat with butter then in a bowl eggs, milk, salt, pepper whisk until no whites and then pour in the pan and go low and slow
