Crystal is the best on oysters by far. I like to do raw oysters with crystal, shallot and just a little cayenne on top. Cant beat it

I love a vinegar base but Crystals is too watery slick for me. For flavor, I mix it in with some pepperoncini and red chili flakes, hot chili pepper seeds (I use jalapeno innards) and 4 teaspoon of sugar. Add 2 squeezed lemons, cayenne, clove of garlic, couple green onions, salt, pepper, and couple bay leaves.
To kick the heat up, diced pequin with seeds blended and added is ❤

They make an extra hot version. If you can’t find it locally look online. We keep several bottles on hand at both of our homes.
