I think this idea would be better suited for your Instagram page, Ken. These are barely 15 seconds long so as an IG post under 1 minute you'd probably get better engagement. I think IG users are more likely to watch an entire thing there as opposed to some 10 second video on YouTube.

I do NOT like these "Shorts"... it totally turns me off. I'm really hoping these "Shorts" that YouTubers are posting is only a fad and then hopefully things will go back to the real content that I rather see

I would have to agree that these videos are great for YouTube Stories, IG Stories, TikTok etc but no so much for actual video uploads to your channel. But I also see nothing wrong in trying to put them out like what you are doing now to see how the response is. You can definitely funnel people to see the full video through your YouTube channel by putting these shorts in other platforms.

Please Ken, the reception of the shorts videos is purely negative, please stop. I understand it maybe easy to fork this short out, but put it on your YouTube story, not a video. It looks like a cash grab or an advertisement. Itβs disappointing longtime viewers such as myself.
