to the object itself, time outside will speed up. Because, as you approach the speed of light while falling in, your time moves more slowly (hence anything that moves at the speed of light doesn‘t experience time at all, a photon is destroyed at the same subjective time as it is created) so from that you can deduce that while falling into a black hole‘s event horizon, you can see events happening that would take a million years to observe in normal speed.

It's not the time, it's just the light, but we humans wanna feel very important thinking that as we see thing they happen, the time doesn't change for how we observe things
